常溫下白油、甲基硅油、MS密封膠溶度參數的模擬值。由表4可見,溶度參數模擬值分別為飾油一16.924(J/cm;)"z己甲剔油一12.348(J/cmi)i一z(J/cm>cSjznt一12.638(J/cm;)"z,溶度參數差值分別為一△己I-HAl一4.286(J/cm;)"z,一△己一膠-膠-0.290(J/cm;)"z。因此,依據溶度參數相近原則及一△引G1.3-2.1(J/cm;)"z判斷,脫酮脂型MS密封膠與白油的相容性較差,脫酮脂型MS密封膠與甲基硅油具有更好的相容性。為考察溫度對MS密封膠與增塑劑分子間相容性的影響,進一步計算了白油、甲基硅油、脫酮脂型MS密封膠在318K338K358K378K溫度下的溶度參數。圖8為MS密封膠與白油、脫酮脂型MS密封膠與甲基硅油在不同溫度下的溶度參數差值。由圖可見,隨著溫度的升高,脫酮脂型MS密封膠與白油、甲基硅油間的一△引值均變化不大,這說明溫度對其溶度參數的影響不大;此外,在相同溫度下MS密封膠與白油間的溶度參數差值均大于MS密封膠與甲基硅油,這也說明甲基硅油與MS密封膠間的相容性要始終優于白油。混溶性模擬分析在BlendsTools中對MS密封膠與增塑劑進行混溶性模擬,預估混合相行為。將脫酮脂型MS密封膠分子定義為base基體,增塑劑白油、甲基硅油分子定義為screen配體,分別計算得到共混物分子間結合能(Ei,a>>混合能(Em,x)和X值。圖9為MS密封膠/白油、MS密封膠/甲基硅油共混體系的結合能分布曲線,圖中包括EE這3條曲線。當共混物間的E曲線分布越相似時,體系混合能越小,表明體系間組分可混合性越好,相容性越好從結合能分布曲線圖中可以看出,甲基硅油的計算結果更類似于MS密封膠,3條曲線分布非常接近,這是一個很好的指標,表明兩種物質將容易混溶。相比之下,白油相互作用與MS密封膠差距較大,表明二者混溶性較差。http://www.qiquanonline.com/
