                研究以白油體系丁基防水嵌縫膠/白油共混體系為例

                模擬體系平衡判定

                       在分子動力學模擬中,平衡階段的目的是使體系從初始構型出發達到平衡狀態,以保證體系的性質達到穩定。判別體系達到平衡最簡單的方法是檢查體系的能量、溫度隨模擬時間的變化是否達到了平衡。判別平衡的標準:一溫度平衡的標準為溫度上下浮動較小,模擬體系的溫度變化不超過溫度設定值上下的5%;二能量平衡的標準為一般能量保持在一個恒定值或者在恒定值上下浮動較小,不超過恒定值上下的5%,即認為體系基本已達到平衡。因篇幅有限,本研究以白油體系、丁基防水嵌縫膠/白油共混體系為例,結果見圖5-6。由圖可見,隨著模擬時間的不斷增長,體系溫度以298K為恒定值上下浮動且在恒定值上下5%溫度范圍內(如圖5所示),而體系的能量無明顯波動(如圖6所示),這說明該模擬體系的溫度、能量均已達到平衡。丁基防水嵌縫膠與增塑劑之間的相容性對其共混物性能具有重要影響。目前,表征共混物相容性的方法有很多,如溶度參數、混溶性模擬分析、徑向分布函數、修金斯參數(X >、模擬前后密度等。本研究主要通過以上方法對丁基防水嵌縫膠與白油、甲基硅油增塑劑進行相容性的探討。

                       溶度參數源于聚合物的溶解。當兩種聚合物共混時,可將其中一種聚合物看作溶劑,另外一種聚合物看作溶質,共混相容的過程可看作其中一種聚合物溶解于另外一種聚合物中達到分子平衡的過程。通過溶度參數來判斷兩種物質的相容性是一種較為常用且簡便的方法,它能表征聚合物分子間內聚力大小,因此可以判斷共混物之間的相容性。根據“溶度參數相近原則,當兩種物質的溶度參數越接近時,相容性越好。另外,有研究發現在高分子體系中,當兩種聚合物之間不存在強極性基團或氫鍵作用時,兩種物質之間的溶度參數差值只要滿足一△引G1.3-2.1(J/cm;),兩者就相容。

                       此外,本研究分別計算了白油、甲基硅油及丁基防水嵌縫膠在不同聚合度下的溶度參數,圖7為3種純物質不同聚合度對應的溶度參數值。由圖可見,白油在聚合度30之后,溶度參數基本趨于平穩,因此選取白油的聚合度為30。甲基硅油在聚合度80之后,溶度參數上下浮動較小,因此選取其聚合度為80。而丁基防水嵌縫膠在聚合度2070時溶度參數迅速下降,在80之后小幅度回升并趨于平穩,變化幅度較小,因此選擇丁基防水嵌縫膠的聚合度為80。http://www.qiquanonline.com/
