                       為進一步獲得更為穩定、與真實情況接近的分子模型,在初始模型基礎上對各體系分子模型進行結構優化與退火處理。首先利用Smart優化算法選擇能量最低的構型進行結構優化,然后對其進行5個循環,溫度梯度50K,從300K升溫到600K再降溫到300K等溫等壓(NPT)系綜的退火處理,這一過程可消除所構建模型中產生的局部不合理結構,為下一步動力學計算提供一個結構較為合理的構型,以確保動力學計算能夠成功行,退火后模型如圖3所示。退火結束后,在298K溫度下,首先進行100ps的正則系綜(NVT)動力學模擬穩定系統,然后進行500ps的等溫等壓(NPT)系綜動力學模擬調節密度,使體系接近真實的密度值。動力學計算結束后,將模擬后的體系密度與材料的真實密度對比,兩者結果相差不大。純物質體系時間一密度關系如圖4(a-c)所示。由圖可見,白油、甲基硅油、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠純物質體系的密度分別約為0.811g/cmi1.021g/cmi1.029g/cmi,接近它們的真實密度0.816g/cmi0.974g/cmi1.067g/cmi(其中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的真實密度參照107硅橡膠)。共混體系時間一密度關系如圖4(d-e)所示,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠/白油與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠/甲基硅油共混體系在模擬結束后的最終密度分別約為0.925g/cm;L022g/cmy,也接近它們的理論共混密度0.9}1g/cmy1.020g/cmi,這說明所建的模型是可靠的。最后在ForciteAnalysis中對后50ps的軌跡數據進行分析得到內聚能密度(CED>、溶度參數(S>、徑向分布函數(RDF>,在BlendAnalysis中計算得到結合能、混合能和Flory-Huggins相互作用參數(X>0整個模擬過程選用COMPASSII力場口習,按力場分配電荷,時間步長lfs,每lps記錄一次軌跡。模擬采用Andersen方法控溫器+>>Berendsen方法控壓器C7,壓力為0.OOOlUPa。靜電作用和范德華作用求和方法分別采用Ewald方法和Atom-based方法,非鍵截取半徑取15.5人,樣條寬度取1人,緩沖寬度取0.5人。http://www.qiquanonline.com/
