為保證試驗樣品能夠真實反映丁基防水嵌縫密封膠在電連接器中的實際狀態，同時考慮到節約人力和物料資源，制備圖2所示的試驗樣品，其中丁基防水嵌縫密封膠材料為聚氨醋膠，上下用絕緣板固定，絕緣板中間安裝10根插針。

根據丁基防水嵌縫密封膠性能退化模型，確定試驗測試參數為氣體泄漏率，測試時按UJI31217-1991z規范進行測試，測試儀器為VSI3R152型號氦氣質譜檢漏儀，其主要技術指標如表2所示。

依據UJB 142-1986，確定電連接器用丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的氣體泄漏率失效闌值為1 X 10-Pa·mi/s。加速試驗數據統計分析與模型驗證按照表1所示的試驗方案，對丁基防水嵌縫密封膠實施5組溫濕度綜合應力下的加速退化試驗，截止到規定的試驗時間，所有樣品均未發生密封失效，各組試驗應力水平下丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的退化軌跡如圖3所示。http://www.qiquanonline.com/
