制定對策
要因確認以后,通過對問題進行分析,對癥下藥,并制定了相應的對策,見表3。
對策實施措
采用設備或工具、工裝進行硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠液攪拌。
設計制作一種專用攪拌工裝,用其裝夾在手電鉆端部,通過調節手電鉆的轉速達到勻速攪拌的效果。從而彌補人工攪拌不能持續勻速的缺陷,減輕員工作業強度,有利于減少硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠液攪拌過程中帶入較多空氣。攪拌工裝如圖2所示,攪拌方式如圖3所示C。
在攪拌過程中,發現有4個因素需要確定最佳條件,可采用正交試驗,得出最佳的工藝條件。
試驗目標:將攪拌過程中產生的氣泡數降低到5個以一下。
考核指標:氣泡數。
試驗因素:在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠液混合后攪拌過程中,經過研究,有4個因素需要確定最佳條件:A攪拌速度;13攪拌時間;C硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠液溫度;D硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠液量。
選用正交表:選用L9(34)正交表。共做9次試驗,生產上是可以接受的。
因素位級表見表4。
各因素對結果影響的重要程度。極差尺最大者,就是對結果影響程度最大,R最小則影響程度最小。因此,因素重要程度的次序為:A--C-D-B(2)直接看。第6號試驗最好,結果:氣泡數為1,其工藝條件為A, B C, D。(3)算一算二從位級之和(越小越好)可以看出,最好的工藝條件應是A B; C, D,(4)作趨勢分析。趨勢分析圖如圖4所示。
從趨勢圖上看,A因素和C因素還有潛力可挖。如果再提高A因素攪拌速度,會使產生氣泡的幾率增加;C因素攪拌時間如果再少些,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠A、B組份將得不到充分混合,影響灌膠質量,不可以減少時間。www.qiquanonline.com
