以祛烯樹脂改性聚氛醋為預聚物制備了單組分丁基防水嵌縫密封膠，主要研究了菇烯樹脂的用量對改性丁基防水嵌縫密封膠鉆度、拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率及其耐水粘結性能的影響。結果表明:當菇烯樹脂的用量為20份(質量份)時，改性丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的力學性能達到最大值，且制得密封膠的耐水粘結性比未改性的密封膠有很大的提高。

丁基防水嵌縫密封膠具有良好的粘結強度、耐低溫、耐磨、耐油、耐化學藥品、耐臭氧以及耐細菌等性能，因此在土木建筑、交通運輸、電子元件、制鞋、包裝等方面已經取得了廣泛應用。但是，丁基防水嵌縫密封膠在使用過程中也暴露了其不足，耐水性較差等缺點限制了它的應用。為了進一步擴大丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的應用范圍，需要開發高耐水性的丁基防水嵌縫密封膠產品，目前國內這方面的研究還很少。菇烯樹脂是一種優良的增豁劑，具有粘結力強、抗老化性能好、耐熱、耐光、耐酸堿、無毒等優點，現廣泛應用于膠粘劑、涂料、油墨等行業。本文采用菇烯樹脂改性聚氨醋，并加人填料等輔助助劑，制得了耐水性較好的改性單組分丁基防水嵌縫密封膠(下稱改性丁基防水嵌縫密封膠)，具有較好的性能和應用前景。

改性丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的基本配方見表1。其制備過程如下:在裝有攪拌器、溫度計的1 000 mL的三口燒瓶中，按比例加人菇烯樹脂、N220,N330和增塑劑，20℃下真空脫水2-3 h，然后降溫至80℃，緩慢加人一定計量比的TDI，在一定溫度下反應1-2 h，冷卻至室溫，得到淺黃色赫稠狀的改性聚氨醋預聚體。將預先干燥好的填料、催化劑等按一定比例加人預聚體中，攪拌30 min，脫去氣泡，放置于密閉容器中，即得改性丁基防水嵌縫密封膠。www.qiquanonline.com
