由圖2可見,聚氨酯密封膠所有預聚體的FT}R譜都很類似,在3 445 cm附近沒有經基對應的寬峰,表明聚醚多元醇和TDI反應完全。聚氨酯密封膠在2 972 cm和2 870cm‘處為C-H的反對稱伸縮振動吸收峰。在3 309 cm和1 537 cm處分別對應于H-NC00的伸縮、彎曲振動,1 726 cm處為碳基的特征峰,表明生成了氨基甲酸酚結構。在2 274 cm處為異氰酸基團的特征吸收峰。在1 107 cm處的強吸收峰為聚醚多元醇C-O-C的伸縮振動峰。聚氨酯密封膠在1 600cm‘和1 450 cm處為TDI苯環上Ar-H的伸縮振動峰。以上分析表明預聚體制備成功。
聚醚三醇能夠提高材料的強度和回彈性,聚醚二醇有利于增加材料的斷裂伸長率。在應用中,若聚氨酯密封膠模量過高,混凝土接縫發生較大的變形時,由于聚氨酯密封膠的本體拉伸強度過高,易導致聚氨酯密封膠在混凝土接縫界面發生粘接破壞。而低模量聚氨酯密封膠,其本體拉伸強度低于界面粘接強度,不會發生界面脫粘。在本研究中,固定R值為2.5,固化劑采用B2配方,考察了預聚體中EP 330NG與DL 1000D摩爾比對聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響,結果見表3。
由表3可知,隨著預聚體中聚醚三醇含量降低,聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強度下降,斷裂伸長率提高,拉伸模量降低。因此,通過調整n} w2可以調節聚氨酯密封膠的強度和模量。聚氨酯密封膠的表干時間由4.5 h縮短至3.6 h這是由于預聚體的NCO質量分數由4.6%提高至5.2%,所以固化變快。www.qiquanonline.com
