偶聯劑是一種多官能性硅烷化合物，聚氨酯密封膠體系中添加偶聯劑助劑原料，可以有效增強膠液對基材的粘結強度、擴寬適用范圍。試驗主要選取了常規的5個種類偶聯劑同等用量制樣，通過對聚氨酯密封膠膠液貯存老化前后硫化、表干性能的對比，共同探討偶聯劑種類對聚氨酯密封膠施工、貯存穩定性的影響。表5偶聯劑種類對聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響偶聯劑種類表干時間固化速度700Cx 7d表干室溫貯存1個月后表干氨基硅烷雙氨基硅烷環氧基硅烷丙烯酞氧基硅烷氨基一環氧復合硅烷。

從表5數據可以看出，同等用量的5個偶聯劑種類中，單氨基硅烷與雙氨基硅烷作為偶聯劑時，所制聚氨酯密封膠表干時間長、固化速率太慢，而且經過熱貯或長時間貯存后出現不硫化現象。以環氧基硅烷、丙烯酞氧基硅烷以及氨基一環氧復合硅烷為偶聯劑原料，所制聚氨酯密封膠表干時間縮短、固化速度加快，經過熱貯以及長時間貯存都比較穩定，是低砧度快固化聚氨酯密封膠生產較為理想的偶聯劑原料。綜合聚氨酯密封膠貯存性能和施工操作需求考慮，試驗制膠選擇以氨基一環氧復合硅烷為偶聯劑，所制得聚氨酯密封膠不僅具有適中的表干時間和固化速率，而且施膠擠出方便、膠液貯存穩定性好，有良好的市場發展前景。www.qiquanonline.com
