氣相白炭黑與有機硅氧烷(107硅橡膠)分子結構相似，是硅橡膠MS密封膠補強填料最佳選擇。未添加氣相白炭黑填料的密封增稠觸變性能差、脆性大，必須引入氣相白炭黑填料為MS密封膠補強。如何確定氣相白炭黑種類與用量，是試驗過程重點探討的課題。

白炭黑理化指標對MS密封膠性能的影響白炭黑原料在硅橡膠體系中主要起到補強、增硬的作用，對膠液的硫化速率、物理以及力學等性能有直接的影響。為了驗證填料白炭黑理化指標的比表面積值對硅橡膠性能的影響，試驗通過單一法分別選用100士20mZ/g,110士20mZ/g,160士S OmZ/g,170士20mZ/g, 200mZ/g等5組白炭黑為填料制膠。當白炭黑W(質量份)=2%時，所制硅橡膠性能數據。

從表1數據可以看出，隨著氣相白炭黑比表面積的增加，MS密封膠的擠出性能、拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率等性能先上升后下降。這可能是因為氣相白炭黑的比表面積越大，白炭黑表面的經基含量增加，與107硅橡膠反應的結合點會越密集，提高了MS密封膠的力學性能與初始砧度。但比表面積過大時，結合點過于密集造成膠漿容易脆斷，同時分散性能下降也降低了膠漿的擠出性能。結合MS密封膠的粘接力學性能和擠出性能需求，試驗選擇比表面積為11OTYlZg的白炭黑作為填料，所制MS密封膠力學性能較好，施工擠膠力度適中，是高性能低砧度脫醇型單組分硅橡膠MS密封膠填料體系的最佳選擇。www.qiquanonline.com
