優選烷氧基封端的聚有機硅氧烷(107硅橡膠)為丁基防水嵌縫膠，以氣相白炭黑作補強填料，搭配適量交聯劑、偶聯劑、催化劑等功能助劑，研制出一種耐腐蝕性能好、不含錫的施工鉆度低硫化速度快的脫醇型單組分丁基防水嵌縫膠。試驗研究了白炭黑理化性能與用量、交聯劑和偶聯劑對硅橡膠硫化速率、膠漿擠出性以及膠液貯存性能的影響。結果表明，在100份的107丁基防水嵌縫膠原料中，添加2份比表面積為110mz/g的氣相白炭黑填料，搭配6份甲基三甲氧基硅烷交聯劑、1.5份氨基一環氧復合硅烷偶聯劑，所制脫醇型丁基防水嵌縫膠不僅貯存穩定性、粘接力學性能好，而且膠漿擠出性適中、硫化速度快，有良好的施工實用價值。

表干時間:按照GB/T13477.5- 2017《建筑密封材料試驗方法:表干時間的測定》進行測試，用手指端部輕輕接觸硅橡膠樣品上不同部位，記錄手指上無粘附試樣所需的時間。

拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率:按照GB / T528- 2009《硫化橡膠或熱塑性橡膠拉伸應力應變性能的測定》方法，用拉力試驗機將啞鈴狀或工字環狀標準試片進行拉伸測試。

固化速度:將丁基防水嵌縫膠液擠入到高20寬20mm的楔形槽內，然后放在溫度23 0C、濕度50%的室溫環境下24h，最后用美工刀切開截面，測量膠液的固化深度。www.qiquanonline.com
