從表4中、圖3、圖4、圖5、圖6中可以看出,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠長期耐高溫性能優于聚氨酯密封膠、改性聚醚結構密封膠,可以耐溫到180℃,外觀無明顯變化,從性能變化看,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在150℃長期高溫下拉伸強度、伸長率保持較好,在長期老化180℃還保持有一定性能;聚氨酯密封膠拉伸強度、伸長率衰減較多;改性聚醚結構密封膠的拉伸強度保持最差,伸長率衰減最多。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是以端經基聚二甲基硅氧烷為基礎配合物加人添加劑和助劑,水解固化交聯制得的,主鏈是由Si-0鏈節組成,以聚二甲基硅氧烷為基礎配合物制的的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有優異的耐高低溫性能、耐候性。聚氨醋是由異氰酸醋與多元醇化合物聚合而成,是主鏈上含有重復氨基甲酸醋基團(NHC00)的一類大分子的統稱,如遇溫度、濕度較高的情況時,異氰酸醋會與空氣中的水發生化學反應,釋放的二氧化碳氣體使密封膠產生氣泡甚至裂紋;膠體長期暴露在紫外光照射下,易產生裂紋。硅改性聚醚密封膠的主體結構是以端硅氧烷封端的聚醚聚合物,其主鏈為聚醚的柔性鏈段,相對分子質量與聚二甲基硅氧烷相比較小,支鏈為端硅烷基且為封端的官烷相比較小,支鏈為端硅烷基且為封端的官能團,交聯密度相對較弱,抵抗不了熱作用引起的分子加速運動,使得高溫下的性能大大衰減。
通過本次高低溫短期和長期高溫老化實驗數據分析得出:
1)耐高溫性能:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有優異的耐高溫性能,能在150℃環境下長期使用,
長期高溫耐溫可達180℃ ;聚氨酯密封膠耐溫性能優于改性聚醚結構密封膠。
2)耐低溫性能:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠、聚氨酯密封膠、改性聚醚結構密封膠耐低溫性能可耐低溫到一50℃,外觀無明顯變化,性能保持較好。
3)實際工程可根據使用要求,參考本實驗結論,選擇不同類型的結構密封膠材料。www.qiquanonline.com
