聚氨酯密封膠在標準試驗條件下養護28d后進行力學性能測試,強度和伸長率取均值,結果如表1所示。表1強度和伸長率由表1可以看出:聚氨酯密封膠具有較高的強度,改性聚醚結構密封膠次之,硅酮結構密封膠強度較低;聚氨酯密封膠也具有較高的伸長率。雖各類結構密封膠產品可通過調整配方,適當改變其力學性能,但產品的主體結構已決定其最基本的性能參數。短期老化后性能。
1)6種產品在80℃,100℃,120℃,150℃,180℃和200℃分別放置1h,然后在相應溫度下觀察外觀變化并測試力學性能,短期高溫后性能結果如表2所示。
從表2和圖1中可以看出,短期硅酮結構密封膠耐高溫性能優于聚氨酯密封膠、改性聚醚結構密封膠,可以耐溫到200℃,外觀無明顯變化。從性能變化看,硅酮結構密封膠在180℃高溫下拉伸強度、伸長率保持較好,在200℃還保持有一定性能;改性聚醚結構密封膠的伸長率衰減較多;聚氨酯密封膠拉伸強度衰減較多、伸長率衰減較多。
2) 6種產品在一20℃、-30℃、-40℃、-45℃和-50℃分別放置1h,然后在相應溫度下觀察外觀變化并測試力學性能,短期低溫后性能結果如表3所示。
從表3和圖2中可以看出短期耐低溫性到一50℃ ,外觀無明顯變化,從性能變化看,3類結構密封膠低溫下強度變大,伸長率先高再降低。
長期老化后性能6種產品分別在80℃ , 120℃ , 150℃ , 180℃高溫箱放置720h, 1500h, 3000h和6000h,取出后在標準試驗條件下放置24h,觀察外觀變化并測試力學性能.長期高溫后性能結果如表4所示。www.qiquanonline.com
