針對變電站主變壓器本體及散熱器標示牌處存在嚴重腐蝕、滲漏油的情況，對粘貼變壓器標示牌所使用的聚氨酯密封膠對變壓器散熱器冷軋鋼板的腐蝕行為進行分析。選取酸性、中性聚氨酯密封膠作試樣，浸泡實驗、耐中性鹽霧腐蝕實驗、濕熱實驗、紅外光譜側試和pH值測試結果表明:酸性聚氨酯密封膠的防水、防酸、防鹽滲透性比中性聚氨酯密封膠好，但酸性硅酮密封膠對金屬的腐蝕性更強，其中百麗春牌酸性聚氨酯密封膠的腐蝕性最強;酸性聚氨酯密封膠在固化過程中產生腐蝕性氣體，對金屬造成腐蝕。建議采用中性聚氨酯密封膠或其他非腐蝕性膠粘貼變壓器標示牌。
