利用熱熔MS密封膠條通過熱壓成型與玻璃復合成的新型中空玻璃，與傳統的槽鋁型中空玻璃相比，無論在加工性能還是在使用性能上都具有卓越的優點。

新型中空玻璃與傳統槽鋁型比較，加工過程中設備投資少，工序簡單，省時省力(見表2)。
