介紹了以11R為主體材料的熱熔聚氨酯密封膠在密封車前燈中的應用以及似該聚氨酯密封膠為基礎改性的聚氨酯密封膠條在建筑用中空玻璃上的應用.并對產品的性能及加工性能進行了評估。結果表明產品具有良好的加工工藝性能和優異的密封性等性能R具有透氣率低、生膠內聚力高及低溫柔軟性好等特點，因此，采用IIR制造的聚氨酯密封膠被廣泛應用于建筑、汽車、電器等行業。以往，車前燈的透鏡與后反射鏡的粘接一般采用單組分加熱固化型環氧樹脂膠粘劑進行粘接，再借助銷釘或螺絲與外殼固定。現在用聚氨酯密封膠將車前燈的透鏡部件與以PP或ABA為基材的外殼粘接成密封的整體，使其具有工藝簡單、密封性能良好等優點，且美觀耐用，在建筑行業，中空玻璃因其具有卓越的隔熱、保溫、節能等特點而被全世界廣泛應用，但我國的中空玻璃多采用傳統的槽鋁型，存在著性能不穩定、造價昂貴等缺陷，難以大面積推廣。我們通過在IIR聚氨酯密封膠的配方中添人特殊干燥劑等進行改性研究，制成了一種以該聚氨酯密封膠為基礎的聚氨酯密封膠條。將這種聚氨酯密封膠條應用于中空玻璃，使其具有良好的隔熱、保溫、密封性，極好的防凝霜、防灰塵污染性及價格低廉，加工工藝簡單之優點。吉林化學工業公司研究所產品;其它材料為橡塑工業通用原材料。

聚氨酯密封膠條配方見表1，制造工藝流程見圖1。用聚氨酯密封膠將透鏡和塑料外殼粘接起來裝配成車前燈;將聚氨酯密封膠條同玻璃復合，通過熱壓成型機裝配成新型中空玻璃。車前燈按GB 4942.2-90測定其密及長時間燈照燈內是否發生霧化等性能;中空玻璃按GB 7020-86的規定進行性能測試，并與傳統槽鋁型中空玻璃性能進行比較。www.qiquanonline.com
