根據上述聚硫基膠、增塑劑、填料的篩選試驗結果，確定了聚氨酯密封膠的優化配方，制得的密封膠的主要技術指標如表4。

結論

1)聚氨酯密封膠除了要求具有普通聚硫中空玻璃密封膠的所有性能之外，最主要是要求其具有良好的耐低溫性能。聚氨酯密封膠配方中需添加特殊的助劑，以增加密封膠的耐寒性能。

2)聚氨酯密封膠的主要材料液體聚硫橡膠采用兩種型號復合使用(A:C=1:1)，各項性能可以達到最佳。

3)聚氨酯密封膠選用自制的增塑劑JLH，用量為巧%左右;填料選用活性重質碳酸鈣和納米型輕質碳酸鈣復合使用，兩種碳酸鈣的比例為10:1時，所制備的密封膠力學性能和工藝性能達到最佳。

4)聚氨酯密封膠能承受較大溫差(-5070℃)、較大位移冷拉一熱壓試驗(土20%)，低溫脆性溫度達到-55℃，是高寒地區中空玻璃使用密封膠的理想材料。www.qiquanonline.com
