熱空氣一水循環后定伸粘結性

熱空氣一水循環后定伸粘結性是指丁基防水嵌縫密封膠經過熱空氣一水循環老化后，在伸長率60%的情況下，與基材的粘結性能。試驗按JC/T 486-2001《中空玻璃用彈性丁基防水嵌縫密封膠》第5.13條規定進行。

紫外線輻照一水浸后定伸粘結性

紫外線輻照一水浸后定伸粘結性是指丁基防水嵌縫密封膠經過紫外線照射一水浸后，在伸長率60%的情況下，與基材的粘結性能。試驗按JC/T 486-2001第5.14條規定進行。

試驗配方

為了選擇合適的原材料和確定各種原材料的用量，我們確定了一個A組分的試驗配方。具體配方如下(質量份):丁基防水嵌縫密封膠100份增塑劑50份輕質碳酸鈣20份重質碳酸鈣200份小分子助劑3份丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的選擇。

目前市場上丁基防水嵌縫密封膠產品的牌號很多，不同牌號的產品因其分子量、交聯度、硫醇基含量等技術指標有較大差別，因而應用的范圍也不同。我們選用不同廠家不同牌號的丁基防水嵌縫密封膠(分別命名為A,B,C)進行試驗，用3:I中的配方制備聚硫高寒丁基防水嵌縫密封膠，然后測試其力學性能和工藝性能，結果如表t。

不同的丁基防水嵌縫密封膠有不同的性能，只選用一個牌號的丁基防水嵌縫密封膠不能滿足聚硫高寒丁基防水嵌縫密封膠性能上的特殊要求，我們選擇兩種膠(A和C)進行1:1(質量比，下同)復合使用，制備得到的丁基防水嵌縫密封膠在力學性能和工藝性能上比較平衡。www.qiquanonline.com
